4-bedroom house in delightful Chester with AC

Looking for some R&R close to NYC? Our peaceful family home is located off a quiet countryside road with lovely neighbors – but just a couple minutes to Chester.

It’s great for kids of all ages, with a swimming pool, pool table, green space and books to keep everyone busy. For the adults, have fun mixing drinks with the home bar, cook up a feast in the huge kitchen, or simply chill out and enjoy nature as you sit around the gently crackling fire pit.

The space
The house has its own driveway, so there’s plenty of space for parking. If you’re coming from downtown NYC, the total journey time is around an hour. We’re just minutes from Chester, as well as family favorites like LEGOLAND and The Castle Fun Center.

You’ll enter the house using a lockbox and keys, so there’s no need to hang around and meet anyone either at check-in or check-out. Once inside, you’ll find a large, spacious modern family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Dappled with soft sunshine, the large social area looks like it’s straight off the covers of your favorite interior design magazine! It’s perfect for settling down with a novel or catching up with friends over a glass of wine. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the modern amenities and utensils you’d expect to find in a family kitchen, and we’ve even provided spices too.

Before your stay, there will be a professional cleaning. During the cleaning, we’ll make your beds up with hotel-quality linens and we’ll also provide fresh towels and complimentary toiletries too.

There is so much to do around the house and gardens: pool, swimming, playing in the garden. In the kids’ room, we’ve even left some books – so don’t worry about packing your own in a rush! Relax. Everything’s taken care of.

Ready to explore? You’ll be minutes away from LEGOLAND, The Castle Fun Center, and all the restaurants, shops, and amenities of downtown Chester.
If you want to head out into nature, then you’re spoiled for choice too. There are various State Parks and forests within a short drive, with hiking, swimming, and cycling trails.

There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and even a golf course. It’s very easy to get onto the highway, so getting around is easy

The Swimming pool is available from May 15 until September 15.

Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly, every Thursday and Monday.

The ice dispenser is currently non-functional due to the absence of a water connection in the system. However, the refrigerator itself is operating perfectly.

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Please complete the verification, and either pay a $1000 refundable security deposit (which will be returned after check-out) This process is managed by the verification platform Superhog.
