I have never written any reviews for Hotels.com. But read my review before booking for this hotel. I got to the hotel lobby at 2:35pm and attempted to check in. They said no although rooms were ready because the check time was at 3pm. So they pointed at a chair and told me to sit there for 25 minutes and return. I couldnโt believe it. Basically we were going to play a game of I know you know I know there are clean rooms ready. But then there was a guy who was also checking in next to me and he got his room keys. I asked if he got a room. Their response was not audible and they would not have eye contact with me. Then they charged me for parking although the hotel descriptions said Free Parking. I informed them about this but they said they would have to charge me. I had already picked up my rental car so of course was out of options. They didnโt bother to ask which platform I used to make reservations to correct this information. Then next day I went to have breakfast and was called โsirโ repeatedly. I am a female who weighs about 113 pounds. I just couldnโt understand why they kept calling me sir. Do not go to this hotel. They are unprofessional.
