Disliked: Staff & service
MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE . Hôtel réservé sous le nom Fab, mais sur place il s’agit de The White Glow Elite. Chambre sous-classée par rapport à la réservation et on nous a fait changer de chambre 4 fois en 18 jours, sous prétexte que d’autres clients en avaient besoin. Et ils nous appellent pour nous demander où nous sommes pour faire les changements de chambre alors que nous sommes là pour profité de notre séjour. Des personnes dorment dans les couloirs et les espaces communs, ce qui rend les nuits très inconfortables et pose un vrai problème de sécurité. Petit déjeuner inclus mais de très mauvaise qualité, tant sur le goût que sur la présentation. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement.
