Have been a regular client right from the start . Been a Marriott bonvoy also . After arriving flying 20 odd hours at almost 1.15 am the check in was not smooth . Was waiting for almost 20 mts . As there was nobody to attend the existing one was trying to attend a problem . The security and valet guys were great . The lotus buffet staff think palak , upon asking for a seat for me and my friend took us through the lotus buffet area and point us seat no 31 to sit . For two guests there were just one chair no silverware , water glasses , napkins , almost without looking directing to table was a bit weird . The other guests sitting next to us noticed this and was asking us to call them to ask for , we didn’t create a scene . Being a chef myself it’s the basic of the staff to do that . Felt there is a service dip for the first time all these years .. have a booking again from
6-9 .. made me wonder ..
