Perfect location, great stat

Great hotel in a nice location. Easily accessible from the interstate. Was a little confusing to find at first since it is right behind another hotel, but it made up for that quickly with the service, comfort, cleanliness and breakfast.

I was there one night. Location was perfect. Good breakfast. I had my two dogs with me they were very comfortable there. Room was extremely clean, staff was so nice. My next trip to Chattanooga I will stay here again.

Think Twice but not horrible

Tv remote didn’t work. Front desk lady who was probably the owner or related to the owner said nobody could respond because the staff was sleeping. Room felt damp. Room was clean. Too many cameras inside the hotel and on our floor. I believe in security but it came off more like surveillance.

It’s an old hotel slowly getting a facelift. That should be stated online! The exterior certainly doesn’t match the interior. The gold chairs in the rooms need replaced. Stained bath towels should be replaced. The halls, doors & elevators really show its age. The halls had a strange smell. Breakfast area needs finished or refreshed. Food needed reheated. Microwave could be larger. If you must remodel, close it down & get it finished! The online photos are very deceiving. We won’t return.
