I prefer to stay in a place that has room safes otherwise it was nice. The was great. CVS, StarBuck, Whole Foods are right there,( attached). Just ask how to find the them.

Ronaldo who worked breakfast. He was funny, kept his cool with it being way way crowded. Was happy and professional. He made the trip worth it. Upon check in we didn't get our goodie bag. Had to call back and ask for. Then we just got 2 waters and no snack for 4 people in the room.

Great stay.

We stayed here for two days for a concert. It was very convenient to the stadium. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was pretty good. I also felt like the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. The sofa bed was old and bedding not great. The elevator was broke to garage when we arrived, no biggie. We made it. I normally stay at Hilton brands. The mattresses in this hotel were horrendous. It felt like I slept on a sidewalk. When we checked in. Breakfast was great . Fernando was amazing. He was friendly and extremely helpful.

Great place

We had a great stay in downtown Charlotte.The hotel is central to so many great restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was crowded, but great. The rooms were very comfortable. Staff, particularly the later who checked us in, were fabulous.
