Situated in Argentière, 15mn from Chamonix, it's easy to access with or without a car. You'll be close to all the essential shops and you'll appreciate its location just a few steps from the Grands Montets ski area you see right in front of your private balcony. Parking included and nearby SNCF train station. Welcome home!


This 37sqm flat is divided as follows:
> On the first level you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, raclette, etc.) that opens onto the living area. Dining area for 4 people and access to the balcony to enjoy the view even more.
> Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom (140cm bed) and the mountain sleeping area (80x190 bunk bed, door). There is also a bathroom (bath, washbasin) and toilet.

Please note: construction work is underway nearby and noise disturbance is to be expected [Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.].
