This charming 55 m2 property is divided over 3 levels. On the garden level, you'll find:
> Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso, raclette, fondue, etc.)
> Dining area for 4 people and access to the terrace
> Cosy living room with TV and WIFI

First floor:
> Mezzanine bedroom for 4 (1x 160cm + 2x 90cm) with no partition (only a curtain). Not completely dark.

This charming mazot is located in the Gaillands district, 100m from its famous climbing area, the lake of the same name and numerous hiking trails to take full advantage of the surrounding nature.
Quiet neighborhood, yet only a 10-minute walk from the center of Chamonix. A bus stop a few meters from the property also takes you to the center.
We recommend the Crémerie des Aiguilles to enjoy local flavors with a breathtaking view. Authentic, located on the other side of the lake, reservations are highly recommended.


You'll find non-exclusive parking spaces on site, oftenly available. Otherwise, you'll find plenty of options around the lake, just a few meters away.
For non-vehicular travelers, you'll find the bus stop 80m away (Les Gaillands) for easy access to the center of Chamonix and the rest of the valley, thanks to our guest cards. The train station for the Mont Blanc Express (Les Pélerins) is 600m away.
It will take you 40min to get to Megève / St Gervais and 1h15 to Geneva and Annecy.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Chamonix Ski/Snowboard Trip

Great stay! Very nice construction and furnishings. A bit on the small side for 4 grown men. Would be perfect for a couple or small family. Excellent location! 15 minute walk to the main downtown area. Several smaller pubs and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk. Thank you!
