Even though there isn't any accommodation in Chalok's centre, there are 9 options within 30 kilometres where you can hit the hay (and perhaps hit the mini bar).

Upon waking up in your cosy bed at Gem Beach Resort, Batu Rakit Terengganu and Sutra Beach Resort, it won't take long to reach Chalok (so long as you don't press that snooze button too many times!)

Still after somewhere to sleep in Chalok? Try the Merang Suria Resort, which is located 16 kilometres from the heart of town. If that's not for you, look into the Rimba Hotel, 30 kilometres away.

Don't blow through before you've had a squiz at the Maziah Palace and the Terengganu Craft Cultural Centre in Kuala Terengganu. The Duyong Marina & Resort and Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Terengganu are a few of the apartment and hotel options here. Alternatively, you could stay in Pulau Perhentian Besar, 50 kilometres to the north of Chalok, where you'll find the Perhentian Island Resort and D'Ayumni House. Turtle Bay Divers and Perhentian Beach are some of the most popular places to experience for those visiting Pulau Perhentian Besar.

Unless you're going to sleep on the floor at Sultan Mahmood Airport, it might be wise to book some accommodation before you leave. The KTG Golf Resort is pretty close by, or you could always travel into Chalok's centre. It's 30 kilometres away.
