When you stay at Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel in Loja, you'll be in the historical district, just steps from Central Plaza and Loja Cathedral.
I booked this hotel because it has an indoor pool and hot tub, which is very rare in Ecuador. The hot tub was fine, but the pool was not heated and ice cold. Did not see a single person using it the whole stay. The pool is more for show than anything else
