There was a misunderstanding at check-in, mostly mine. Staff corrected it and I received a followup call from management to make sure all was OK.
You'll NEVER find a cleaner hotel than this one. Breakfast was excellent; the baking powder biscuits this morning were blue ribbon, just great. Beds are awesome, bath products are really nice, the fridge is cold and the freezer freezes (not some of both like you find sometimes). The heat and A/C are easy to set and regulate (how many hotels are you either freezing or sweating in, no middle ground? Not here!).
