Absolutely loved this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was gorgeous. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the beach.

Perfect and beautiful view of sunset, right on the water, ocean view, clean and comfy stay, massage was great, only thing is the parking is not on the property and is out on the open. But a place to surely stay and experience quite and peaceful moment.

The host cancelled night one of the stay as we were pulling up to the front door. There were limited communications about the stay until a few hours before check in -- and then, as mentioned, as we were showing up we were told there was a medical emergency and we were unable to stay at least the first night at the property. We ended up cancelling the whole stay (with the hosts blessing) and stayed somewhere else in town. I'd never attempt to go back and would never trust this host again.

Host sent a second link to pay after initial payment to Vrbo. Once asked about using the card on file from Vrbo instead of their own link, they never responded. It was too late to receive cancel our booking and receive a refund but we did not stay at this location.

This was our first visit to Celestún, and it was a memorable one. The photos of the property were very accurate—it’s nicely decorated, clean, and charming. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. It was such a treat to wake up and walk a few steps to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The water is incredibly shallow, allowing you to walk far out into the sea, which was perfect for beachcombing. We found some truly stunning shells!The property is located about 3 miles down an unpaved, rocky road, so plan accordingly. We did all our grocery shopping before arrival, which worked out well. We chose one day to leave the property to take a tour to see the flamingos and enjoy dinner in town—highly recommended.One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the beach or in the water during sunset. It was peaceful and exactly the kind of seclusion we were looking for.The property itself is quaint and full of character, with iguanas frequently spotted around the grounds. As it’s a beach property, you might notice a few geckos peeking out from their hiding spots inside the house. They’re harmless, and keep to themselves—though if you're squeamish, it's good to be aware.Overall, this stay was everything we hoped for: quiet, beautiful, and immersed in nature.
