The property owner was very responsive, professional and polite. He was very accommodating, offering additional parking if needed. We rented the property for my dad memorial and the house and land was perfect for all age ranges, 3-90 years old. The covered back porch was even perfect for my 90 year old grandmother who is in a wheelchair to sit and enjoy the view and visit family. We will be renting this property Everytime we come back to Texas. Wonderful experience all the way around.

Had an amazing weekend with the family. The home itself was clean and very well kept. Spent most of our time in the backyard and on the lake. Did some swimming, fishing and rode our jetskis. Roasted marshmallows in the fire pit and barbecued. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Family

My extended family and I were in town for a funeral. We decided to rent the home as a place to land between the services. We made great memories and shared lots of laughs even though we were together to grieve. The house was perfect and we all had enough space to ourselves. Highly recommend for large families or groups. We all agreed to come back for a fun stay so we can enjoy the lake. Beautiful views of the lake and sunsets!

Great place on the lake! My family enjoyed a great weekend on this property. Home is absolutely beautiful and clean! Loved the large kitchen and plenty of room for our party of 12. Excellent location on the lake. Perfect floating and swimming spot by the dock. My husband especially appreciated the use of the boat lift…this is a perk of this property is you are bringing your own boat!Definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!

Annual Lake Vacation

We stayed for 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The house, the dock, the view. The stores were super close which was super convenient when you dont want to leave the house. Chris was fantastic. He fixed any issue that arose super fast and kindly. He is very responsive and helpful. I love that its pet friendly. We go to the lake every year and this is our favorite house so far. The kids had a blast. Thanks for the memories :)

Annual NHC Fishing Trip

The facilities are a gem of a place for a group to enjoy. The house was spotless and well equipped. The dock was perfect, we had two boats and had plenty of room. The only thing missing was a fish cleaning station. We solved that with a folding table. Highly recommend this one.

We had a great time. The property was exactly how it was described on the web site. It was clean and accommodating to all our needs as a group. It’s good for multiple family.
