انا لم اقيم ولو ليلة واحد في هذا الفندق ولم استلم الغرفة التي حجزت وقال لي موظف الاستقبال لايوجد حجز ب اسمك والغرف محجوزة جميعها واطالبكم ب استرجاع المبلغ وشكراً
