Hudson Valley historic lodge with modern updates. Framed within 9.6 acres, the house offers 6 sleeping areas including 1 King Bed, 4 Queen beds and 1 Queen sofa bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. (House can easily accommodate 10 guests, or 12 with sofa bed.). 3 Full bathrooms. The lodge is equipped with all the essentials like a washing machine, hair dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi.

Looking for accommodations for that big wedding event or festival in the Coxsackie, Athens, or Catskill area? HollyKiss House is quickly becoming the place to gather under one big roof with plenty of parking. Centrally located just down the road to many event and wedding venues in the area.

HollyKiss is the reinvention of the historic Hotchkiss House, resort and boarding rooms originally established in 1900 by Perry Hotchkiss. It was a hotbed of activity until the late 1970s, then renovated as a single family residence years later. On the surface it feels like grandma's farmhouse or your summer camp lodge, but rebuilt from the inside out with rebuilt foundation, interior steel beams, and updated thermal windows to mention a few upgrades.

Family stay at HollyKiss

My family stayed at Hollykiss during a recent wedding. This included 6 adults and 2 children. The house was clean, spacious and full of charm. Mark was a great host. Answered questions promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable in all ways. What wasn’t expected was the really cool artwork throughout the house. We hope to stay at Hollykiss again when we visit the Catskills.
