I booked this property thru Expedia for my mother and my aunts. Where to begin.....First off on Expedia it showed breakfast included....not the case. It was $15/pp and then they wanted to charge extra for bacon. I called the hotel where the manager said that was a mistake on their end but she would honor it for their stay but then told them they would only give them 2 days of free breakfast (after telling me she would honor it). Then their was 2 incidents where they seen cockroaches in their room. I would not recommend this property if you are looking for a clean friendly place to lay your head.

Stress free stay.

This was our second stay at Gatlinburg’s Hilton Garden Inn. We traveled with some family members on their first trip to Smokies. They loved the hotel as much as we did. It was clean, well stocked with all the necessities that you would need. The location is ideal, with a quiet setting, yet convenient to restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

Was very clean, but was highly disappointed with the hot tub & pool. The indoor pool wasn't heated. The hot tub was luke warm & only 1 jet working. A rainy Sept. night & my shower was hotter than this. Other than this a very nice place. The staff was great too

Right across from the river.Quite a few bear sightings, which was exciting from a distance lol. 5 min walk to downtown as well as a 2 minute walk to red trolley stop. Room was very nice.

Towards the end of Gatlinburg, but still within walking distance to most things. There’s also a trolley stop right out front if you don’t want to walk.

We stayed here for couple of days during labor Day weekend. Property is beautiful & very near to main street. Walkable to most of the attractions in Gatlinburg. You can park here & walk to these places. Staff is very friendly & helpful. There were few things not working otherwise its 5 rating Hotel, Pool & Hot Tub was closed for some maintenance, We complained about microwave not working but it was not fixed. Could be due to very high volume of people during Long weekend. Overall nice stay. Surely worth stay.

Great hotel, good location, parking should be free

Great location walking distance to downtown area. Didn't try the food. There was a barking dog in someone's room that was very annoying. Be prepared to pay $15 night for self parking, not well advertised on the website.

Kurtis was extremely helpful, they were cleaning the carpets and he was able to get our room done quickly so we could get in without much delay. The property was clean and quiet. Walkable to the Main Street.
