Room was ok needed some maintenance. Requested a high floor prior to check-in and did not receive a response. Given a low floor with a concrete wall surround. The breakfast was chaotic and the configuration could be changed to improve the flow. Staff were generally very good. Location was great

Very disappointed with the power outage which was most of the evening once sorted staff were very slow to help us get the power back on and kept telling us it wouldn’t take long but I had to calling them 4 times every half an hour or so and they didn’t fix it till 12.30 at night we needed to sleep and needed power for the phones having to go down the fire stairs when needed was not ideal they kept telling us they were coming to help but never showed up No compensation given

The room was in great condition however the power outage caused quite a few roadblocks for a happy stay. I am well aware it was a local power outage so many other buildings/blocks were affected however back up power or another power source would’ve been ideal. Thanks

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom - could not fault this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful - we had purchased take-away and I asked if the hotel could lend us some plates and cutlery. The lady at the desk ducked out the back and returned with just what we wanted in less than a minute.
