Pet friendly accommodation in Castle Hill

Very clean hotel in a great location. Beds, air conditioning and staff were all great as well.

Excellent location in Buda, next to the Mathias Church

My finance and I had a very nice stay at the buda castle hotel. Especially because when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that they were upgrading our room from standard to superior for free! This was a welcome surprise given we had just walked up the hill from the train station with our big rucksacks in the 25 degree heat. The room was extremely comfortable with high ceilings, a comfortable bed and a large modern bathroom. The I would have given the condition rating 5 stars if it wasn’t for the faulty shower head which couldn’t be adjusted from its limp position in the holder, and the water pressure in the whole bathroom wasn’t very good. Despite this we had a lovely stay with the location being very close to the castle and fisherman’s bastion, despite the street being silent 24/7. The breakfast was also excellent.

Struggled with use of half ironing board asked for full sized one and received it immediately. Also one of my guests pillows were too soft, asked and received additional firm pillows. Couldn't find fault with hotel all requests were handled promptly and professionally. Gym and spa access, great breakfast highly recommend this property very attentive staff.

It is a very adequate hotel. The lobby is small and has only a few places to sit. The staff provided excellent service and was attentive to our needs.
