The property was overall run down. Front lobby doors were broken. Other entrances were propped open with rocks. The room was average, dirty floors. Bed was comfortable. Noisy guests. Would not recommend for travelers.

This hotel is convenient to where we wanted to be, it was clean and the evening staff was friendly and helpful. I do wish we had known it is very close to the interstate and the side that faces the building was considerably noisy. We also encountered issues with the elevator not working properly from the third floor and the automatic door that opened and closed to the lobby was inoperable and had a sign, handwritten and taped to it that said to “please Push door closed.” There only seemed to be two luggage carts and when it was time for checkout, there was none to be found so I had to make multiple trips from the third floor in order to get our luggage and other items to the car. The price was right and I suppose we did get what we paid for but the experience could’ve been better if the building was better maintained.

My best friend and I was in town for the Chris Brown concert. The hotel was not too far from Truist Park. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean.

It was none of the typical gauging of a guest. During a previous stay I was made aware two family members were killed in an auto accident. As this was a shock.to my family, another family member intended to deposit monies into one of three bank accounts in order for me to extend my stay tp make funeral arrangemebts. They pit the deposit imto the wrong nabk account. I was destrought, depressed and stressed. I smoked a igarwtye in the room withou B t tjought of cknswquences. Thrhptel owner put me on a "do not tent" list, unsympsthetic as that seems. I was unawarr until i tried chrcking in. Inhad written an.email apologizubg for my eeror, rxolsjned the circumstances and provided a date i would be sblebto make reperations financially. I never received his response. Having inqyired, i was told bynthe front desk i was not even welcome to use the restroom facilities. I lost ywo family menge4s and yhe hotel owner's reaction is ratger tacky. Thiscwas a nonrefundable hotel fate, althiugh i was not advised of thevDNR until o wttempted to check in. I insist on avrefund ofbthis hotek rate.
