The location was nice but if honest the local beach is stressful with all the vendors and the hotel Did not have a true beachfront. Best to go take a speed boat to smaller island for beach time

The rooms are big and modern. The rooms, hotel, and all facilities are very clean. There is extra security at the hotel entrance so we felt very safe as a family with kids. The staff is excellent; very polite and eager to help. A special mention for Jesus, who is top at everything and goes above and beyond. I am not taking stars off, but one disappointing aspect of our stay was the New Year s eve party. The party was mediocre at best, and because of the party the pool and restaurant were closed from 2pm in the afternoon, which was very inconvenient.
