Erica in the restaurant, Victor, and the rest of the staff were awesome!! The pool was beautiful!! The delivery of service is something to be proud of. Unfortunately there is one item we must point out. The clear lack of consistency in flavors, textures, and delivery from kitchen to table. The flavors from items that we found extremely delicious were completely different and not very pleasing the second time around. We believe a bit more training is necessary to ensure the same quality every single time. We understood having a big convention on property demands certain changes. We could not help but feel a bit neglected with the way things were executed which seemed perfect for convention goers, not for the rest of the guests.
