This amazing hotel, it's perfectly placed right across the street, from the beach and within a ten minute, walking distance to at least a dozen different restaurants. Any problem I had with my room was quickly fixed by the hotel staff. In fact, on my second day there, the a c broke and they immediately switch me over to another room. This what's the second time I stayed there, the guest services staff are really accommodating, i booked an excursion in the lobby via the excursion / activities managers and there was one young lady in particular, at the hotel front desk who spoke fantastic English and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would rate this hotel a five star in all aspects

Room 704, I didn't like,, we didn't have any room for our luggage down or lay out clothing. The AC unit is not strong enough to fill the cold air in a room should have had a stand up fan in the corner. Thx you for our visit.
