First room smelled like milldew. The lady behind the desk said that many of them did due to a carpet cleaning company who did a bad job. She was kind and changed our room before we moved in. Once we moved in to the second room, we left to eat and returned to find the shower only came down at a trickle. We told the new lady at the dront desk and she was rude about it. Came and pulled the knob, saw water coming out and proceeded to tell us we were doing it wrong. My two daughters had already resorted to a bath instead of a shower and my wife had to manage her hair under the poor shower head. She then said that we could change rooms, but it was already11:30 and we were settled in. The next morning I asked for a discount, but she said that she could not give a discount because we booked with Expedia.

The staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was great. It was a super hotel for a reasonable price! We will definitely stay here again when we come back this way.

Lovely professionals run this hotel!

The manager for this hotel was friendly, courteous and professional. I honestly saw this reflected in the staff and other members of her team. The beautiful bright yellow kitchen area for guests to the cleanliness and competent friendly staff!

There was what appeared to be dried blood in the bathroom, tv did not work for several hours the first night and the internet did not work entire stay and our no smoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. The bathroom fan did not work and there was no plug in the bathroom sink.

The room is clean and the whole hotel has a pleasant scent. Breakfast is good. It has a great variety of food to choose from. The area and tables are clean. Check in is easy, no hassle. The hotel is not located in a busy area so it's pretty quiet. Definitely will stay again.

The beds are comfortable. The pool is ice cold and dirty it’s placed in a bad spot the sun goes behind the building in the evening and the pool is in the shade. This was one of the coldest pools I’ve ever swim in.
