The set up is terrible. I had 2 room suite but the only bathroom was in the bedroom for a 4 person stay with the other couple in the other room. Dirty rooms! Floors weren’t even dusted, much less washed. Lipstick on the “clean” mug in cabinet! Also the housekeeping came in while we were out for a short time and STOLE 3 RINGS by the kitchen sink. Management did nothing to help!

PET FRIENDLY!!! ❤️❤️❤️ The pool was amazing. Water temperature super comfortable. I could swim forever. Good job guys!👍 One lady at front desk was super friendly and welcoming, the other one not so much, I hope she’ll have a better days. I know everyone has their own personal issues, but when you’re client facing and sometimes those clients are tired, etc- lasting they want to see is unfriendly, unwelcoming face. Trust me, I know. But overall we had a good stay, while my husband was participating in a Triathlon. Room was clean and comfortable. 👍👍

Home away from home

Great place to stay with family. We stayed in a suite with two kings. It was a home away from home for the weekend. A small kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a definite plus for the weekend!

Disappointing

The customer service was terrible. The housekeeping was worse. They have a sign right on the refrigerator in the room that housekeeping comes everyday. Well that is not true at all. One day they came, made the bed, and left us with no towels. Then we asked them twice to please change the linens in our room. They yessed us to death and never came. This went on for two days!! What a disappointment this hotel was.
