Fantastic service food. And close to everything

Great staff and excellent amenities, close to town...free snacks and drinks

I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end room but it was not any different than the one we had aside from the no steps needed to enter the room from the hall.

Great location, a short walking distance from the beach and many nice restaurants. Staff was lovely and very helpful, especially Giacomo (the hotel owner?) who was very welcoming and provided great dining recommendations. Room was brand new and in great condition, including a nice kitchen and spacious bedroom. Hotel's rooftop terrace with hot tub was very enjoyable at the end of the day 🙂

No issues, staff was awesome, friendly, courteous, food was awesome, plenty to select from. And what can I say about the variety of wine selection, Chianti was great, excellent body, color, hreat aroma.
