The stay at the Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room clean and tidy throughout the stay. We loved using the clean pool and beach, which were a great way to relax. The selection of fruits and pastries during breakfast and lunch were awesome. The restaurants had an intimate ambiance with soft lighting, and the service were attentive without being intrusive. The food was both delicious and beautifully presented, creating a memorable and high-end dining experience. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel very welcome. We would certainly recommend the hotel!

Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, resort keep spotless. We plan on visiting again soon. The only downfall was trying to book for dinner, there are a number of restaurants that are first come first serve, however they start taking booking at 6:00 and even if tables are empty you have to wait for them to call you.

The property was excellent from top to bottom. My only suggestion would be pillow top mattresses for the beds. Its been a long time since I slept on a regular mattress top.
