First, the staff here is amazing! So kind and willing to help however they can. Second, it was only a matter of a few days before a few things told us we wouldn't be back. The food is okay, which means it doesn't take long to be over it. The menu does not change, and when you're there for 8 days, that gets boring fast. The biggest issue however was that it does not seem like the adult pool is treated or cleaned. The other pools looked clear all week but the adult pool was pretty nasty. Foggy and smelly. One guest admitted to us that he'd been peeing in it all week long. We even saw him move away from his group to relieve himself. That's not the hotels fault, but make the need for treating the water all the more important.

we booked online with expedia an ocean view room; we were given a lagoon view room, which in fact was facing the back of the large shopping mall - that meant lots of noise during the night form freight trucks, garbage trucks and such; visual appeal of the shopping mall back side not at all fit with a vacation setting; disappointing that we could not change the room even with an upgrade cost we were prepared to pay
