The Property was ok. I would not stay here / recommend to anyone going forward. The food was frozen foods and put out for buffet. All alcohol drinks were watered down and everything was very pricy.

I think Spring Break was the wrong time to book! The staff were lovely, and the grounds were gorgeous, but i don't think the staff could keep up with the Spring Break crowd being so filthy 😒 The rooms are desperate for a makeover and tou can hear the next room zipping up their luggage..... The beach was STUNNING. The staff were frindly and helpful.

We went as a family group we were disappointed with services ,food,drinks,service,dirty rooms Long lines to get a drink same times there were no cups So you can get a drink foot was really bad the same every day Our family were very disappointed restaurants you had to wait an hour to get a table We won’t return to that hotel again Really bad experience

Nosotros nos encanta cancun, es la primera vez q el resort no lleno para nada nuestras expectativas. 1. Duramos 2 horas para el check in 2. El servicio de llegada y maletas terrible ! 3 . Las habitaciones nesecitan update 4. Cuando haces tu reserva no informan q manejan 2 brazaletes. No es todo incluido como venden el resort. 5 . La atención es terrible . 6 a todo momento te estan molestando para la charla que te venden 7no dejan ingresar uber tienes q caminar hasta la entrada 8. No compren el tour a la playa delfin esta a 2 minutos y el uber $2 dolares. Y el ingreso es gratis. No regresaria a este hotel jamas
