The resort is very well located by beach and have ultimate views. Just a recommendation get your booking done before your visit or if possible get it booked as soon you check in. Had a wonderful time with my family will visit again.

Honestly, I was quite disappointed with the stay. There were only two good restaurants and they had no reservations the entire time we were there. The food at the buffets were awful and wait times at other restaurants with mediocre food were over an hour. The elevator was broken and we were on the 6th floor so lots of stair climbing. When we tried to check out, they said we rented a cabana and never did and we had to spend over 30 min disputing this charge that was not ours. Really wish we could get a refund for at least one night!

The food was just ok. No seasoning. Hard to get reservations at the nicer restaurants. The pool was crowded but clean. The room was very basic and outdated. They're is a stocked fridge in the room but they don't refill it. All in all it was a good value and great location.

Food was just terrible - plus just were not able to get booking in sit in restaurants - very less veg options. Rooms were also very average, knobs loose and my friend had shower door broken - will Never go there again. Check in was also delayed by 1 hr from 3pm to 4.

Budget friendly. Not many complaints, but a few things to be aware of. A handful of restaurants are off limits unless you choose to stay at the Pyramid part of the Grand Oasis. The resort needs to double the amount of poolside chairs that are available. If you want a spot you need to get there before 9. Only 2 of the restaurants take reservations, the rest are first come first serve.

They cleaned the room twice in 4 days which was fine. The grounds were very nice and the food was good. The gym was way better than expected. The only downfall, which was a big one, they only had 2 blenders total !!

Awesome Resort ,7+restaurants to choose from,5 bars all around the resort by the pool. In December nice weather in the 90’s no seaweed in the beach ,clean from Sargassum . Very nice just walk to the outside of the Resort and take a red bus for a $1.00 or 12 pesos and it takes you to down town Cancun Mall, Flea Market, Stores.if you’re the for birthday or anniversary recommend Columbus , so romantic

They gave me wrong room initially. Rooms dont match the pictures. Staff are okay. Ive experienced nicer ones at xcaret resort. Food wasnt so bad. The outdoor is beautiful.
