Book Cañada Hermosa hotels

The location seems to have been in a bad part of town. The hotel was run down, not at all a 4 star by any means. The room was falling apart almost. The sheets were tough and not comfortable. It had a nice restaurant and pool that’s it.

A decent hotel, just on the outskirts of the city, about 15/20 min walk. Very good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and big, a few things to help improve. There was a surcharge on the two bottles of water (£2 each), avoided that buy using the supermarket next door for a fraction of the cost. No English TV channels (not that I expected any), the smart functions on the TV don't work.

Room was fairly well thought out, bathroom was fine. Staff was helpful in getting me parked off-site, and in explaining most items (except WiFi code). Breakfast which was included was very good.

Such a comfortable bed! Bedroom and bathroom were very clean. Staff absolutely fabulous

Average. Good location but old.

Totally disappointing stay. For a 5-star resort, it was awful. The outside pool was not in use, so only indoor pool. The lift had broken so you had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs to get there. The lake view requested was disgusting. It was full of green algae and half empty. Loads of noisy kids running around for hours too. The lobby areas were really tatty as well. The room had no storage, no biscuits for the tea and coffee and the TV didn't have any streaming options. I expect this from a 1 star but this was not adequate for 5 star.
