Cams Wharf hotels with parking

When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to sleep on the Saturday night due to all of the noise by a group of young adults screaming and carrying on. As we had to leave by 4am the next day for a long travel home, we really were struggling to find anything good with our stay. We had stayed there a few times before but this is the last time we are going back.

Would have been nice to have a set of sheets and blanket for the sofa bed, otherwise it was an enjoyable stay

What a treat. All the elegance and style of a big brand name with the friendliness and personality of a boutique hotel. Comfiest bed and pillows ever. Throughly recommend.

Clean but our room was 101 and very noisy with street noise and early starts at the job site opposite.

Big rooms, clean, good staff and great waterfront location

Oaks The Entrance Waterfront was a great location however the property is really dated. The staff were under the pump when everyone arrived at 2:00, and had some difficult people to deal with and managed it well with smiles on their faces doing the best they could. The pool has so many tiles missing off the surface you're lucky not to cut your feet, and the spa is awful. This area was huge and would be excellent if updated and maintained.The gym was closed altogether which was a big disappointment to us. The rooms are dated with difficult small access into the shower over a corner spa. The balcony area was lovely to sit and look over the water. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was handy and had everything you would need.
