It was a massive disappointment! We booked this hotel specifically to spend a day at their spa for our babymoon. When we got there, they told us all spa amenities were closed until the next day at 11 AM, when we were expected to check out. Had I known, I wouldn't have booked this hotel or even stayed in Aracena at all! It is misleading that they do not let you know beforehand on which dates the spa will be closed. I won't be back.
