We were very disappointed that we could not order room service in an upscale hotel such as this room service should be a given. We were there for a special event and arrived late after an exhausting day and did not want to go out calling for room service we were told our only option was to get premade salads or pizza

The room was nice, small bathroom. I went to 14th floor looking for vending and it was nothing there idk where it was never found it. Not many helpful of correct signs on where things was located. I don’t like that you are charged for a mid breakfast it wasn’t good at all spent 40$ on breakfast was charged 4.00 a piece for a glass of orange juice that was offered if I had know that I would’ve declined. The breakfast potatoes was wayyyy over season it was overpowering the aroma of all the food. If you wanted all you can eat buffet style 25$ for bland food so not worth it.

The staff was great, but the rooms and building needs some maintenance. The room needed some touchup on the furniture and in the bathroom. The pool area had a leak in the roof. We stayed when there was a convention going on and the group was really loud, but not the hotels fault. The breakfast was an amazing each day and the staff was great.

I parked at check-in, requested my car for a concert I was in town to attend and they failed to bring it in the 15 minute window. After 25 minutes I checked and my car was not on their list to be retrieved. An employee retrieved my car but I was almost 30 minutes behind schedule at that point. Upon returning to the hotel at 10:30, I was shocked to see that valet parking was CLOSED and my only option was to part across the street. Nowhere were any hours listed and I "assumed" they would be open late on a Friday night. I was billed for the FULL overnight valet parking fee of $46 as well as paying $33 for parking across the street in someone else's lot. I will not be staying at this property ever again.

This is at best a 2.5-3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. There is no way this hotel deserves a "4 star" rating. The hotel is average in comparison to any mid-range hotel. The paper products (tissue paper, napkins) etc are on par with even 1 star hotels. 1 ply toilet paper that disolve at the touch of any moisture. Hotel is old and needs repairs and renovations. You can tell they're at a point where they are only addressing "emergency" repairs as needed. If you're looking for a true 4 star hotel experience, look elsewhere. Overall stay was okay, but not the experience I am expecting when I booked a "4 star" hotel.

Overall very nice

The pool says it's heated, but we were shivering when we got in. It's a lovely setting, but had o known the pool water was as cold as it was (to me), i would have stayed elsewhere. The staff was very helpful. I missed a sign that said $46 a day for vallet parking. When i mentioned that the stag should have said simmering when we first dropped the car off, he didn't charge me. It was posted, but i never saw it.
