Directly across the street from my room there was a parking garage being demolished. So all day all I heard from my room was the sound of the machinery doing the work. Not relaxing at all. I said something to the front desk and basically got a, yeah we know response. I would not have stayed at this hotel had a known.

Construction across the street makes it loud . The soap choices are not the best as they dont smell very good and are hard to get dispensed from the wall holders. being a more exspinsive hotel that has " soundproof "rooms my wife heard the room next to us clear as day

The property is located directly in front of a large demolition site and they work 7 days of week on the site. The hotel is an older property but well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My biggest complaint is the room air conditioning. Everytime it turns on it sounds like a truck is driving into the room making it difficult to get a good night sleep.

Hotel is very pretty, clean, staff were always helpful. The bath products are fantastic, I bought some as they are available for purchase at the front desk. The elevator to the parking garage is broken so we parked on street level and had no issues. The pool area is lovely. I would stay here again. There is significant construction occurring across the street but that is no fault of the hotel, and they placed us on the opposite side which was appreciated.

Hotel is generally nice. PTAC in my room was exceptionally noisy - sounded like the bearings in the fan were starting to fail. Found it hit and miss with friendliness of staff, and the food quality in the restaurants was no where near what it was in the past.

It’s very spacious and unique! The pool looks amazing and there was service on the pool deck for food and drinks! Restaurant is nice and has great food! The free upgrade was very appreciated and the late check out was a bonus! Room was comfy and spacious. The only small issue was no working usb ports in the room and the building next door is currently being torn down so it was a bit loud but circumstantial.
