The number of paintings was impressive. Even better was the novel figures, wall hangings, furniture that made looking around quite interesting. And can’t forget the super comfortable bed.

This is a party hotel, had cleaner and quieter stays in my youth at hostels! Not one for families or a nice couple get away. Great if you want to get drunk and rowdy. Likes: free parking and nice staff Dislikes: rooms are tired and did not feel clean. The air con is also the most noisy I have ever heard. We had to change rooms due to a large wet patch on the carpet.. Stayed X2 nights and both nights we were woke up by loud drunk people. On the second night there seemed to be fighting in the corridor of the floor we were staying on. Does not help the walls are very thin too.

This was our 2nd time staying here in about a month and both times we have been absolutely blown away. The staff is incredibly friendly, and most even remembered us on the 2nd visit. They are more than accommodating, and the hotel itself is immaculate. Would 100% recommend anyone in Calgary stay here no question

Hotel itself was great but we booked a free breakfast option for $40 when we got to the hotel nobody communicated what this means. And when we were checking out they were adamant about charging our credit card extra money as we went over the limit. Poor communication, horrible manager . We won’t be coming back

This hotel refused to take my debit card as payment a security deposit for the room and then went on to refuse me my booking, because I was unable to provide either a cash or credit card for the security deposit. So credit card ok - Debit card - Not Acceptable Incredible.

Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!
