You can never really know a city until you poke around its neighbourhoods, so how about hitting up Cala Galdana? Whether you want to meet some locals or just go someplace cushy for a bevvy, you'll find it 11 kilometres west of downtown Menorca. Minorca Airport is the closest airport and the point of arrival for many visitors. Once you've dragged your suitcase from the carousel and stepped out of the arrivals gate, you'll need to head 25 kilometres west to reach Cala Galdana.

With a good number of the city's top attractions close by, Cala Galdana is a sightseer's dream. From Naveta d'Es Tudons to Cala Mitjana Beach, there's lots to keep visitors like yourself entertained. You should also be sure to take a look around Macarelleta Beach and Son Saura Beach. For a better perspective of this city as a whole, spend some time in the nearby neighbourhoods of Ferreries and Es Migjorn Gran.
