Property is at excellent location in downtown Cairo. We enjoyed the Nile view room and walking next to Nile. Property needs renovation. Room and decors are dated. Carpets need replacement badly. Breakfast has options but can be better in quality.

This is a well located hotel with impressive facilities. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is fantastic. The staff was largely polite and helpful. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. The rooms could use a facelift, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming.

Overall, the experience did not align with a 5-star rating; the property is more accurately comparable to a 3-star hotel. Room: The furniture is outdated, and the wallpaper is peeling in several areas. The hotel would benefit from a full renovation and modernization. Location is good and very safe and the view from room was great on the 32nd floor , the dining options for breakfast was very good . The only down thing was too crowded even thought facilities was good . I booked one extra day on my way back from Luxor
