I was expecting more for the money. I know it’s a very touristic area and price inflation is part of it. The first room they offered smelled so bad we couldn’t even walk in. The one washer on our floor was out of order. Breakfast was really sub-par. The only positive was the location. I probably wouldn’t return.

Just terrible. Don’t believe all the good reviews. When we were checking in a guy was complaining at the front desk that there was a leak in his room and his carpet was wet. The hotel is stinky, dirty, holes in carpeting. Our room had stains on the bedding with bed bug looking shells under the sheets. We didn’t stay. We had to leave and were willing to pay a much higher price.

Check in time was for 3. When I tried to check in after driving for hours with my child I was told it would be done until 4, maybe 5. I couldn’t check in until around 530 in the evening. My kids were tired and I had things that needed to go in the room. The lady at the front desk said she would call me when they were done cleaning the room and she never did. The room smelled like mildew and was musty. The floors were SOAKED and wet. Had to wear shoes the entire time in the room or out feet would be wet with who knows what. The breakfast was gross but it was free so I cannot complain too much. She said there would be eggs and bacon and there was not. There was sausage gravy but no biscuits when we went down. No eggs, no bacon. There was a yogurt machine which gave like 3 plops of yogurt when the button was held. Overall, 300 a night was far too much for this place. Pool had dirty debris in it. Unsure what it was.

Hair dryer was not working , there was cockroach in the room, room was damped and smelly, towels were wet, no hot breakfast, just bagel and terrible dispenser yoghurt, shabby place, pool was dirty and no heated .. just the terrible hotel

I didn’t expect too much but was a little disappointed in the smell of the hotel. The 1st floor was heavily Fabreezed, but the 2nd was a little musty. It was still a fine experience but expensive for a Best Western. Over $250 a night so expected a slight bit more in terms of the cleanliness.
