Comfortable house / villa located in a hundred year old wine production farm, located in the village of Cavez belonging to Cabeceiras de Basto. Extremely pleasant for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The house consists of 4 ovens served 2 toilets with central heating (can accommodate up to 8 people). The kitchen is fully equipped. Outside there is a natural swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn where several activities can be developed. The loopback allows hiking (or just the view) a huge scale, and visiting the vineyards and farm animals. Is located along the Tamega river, its use for recreational purposes (swimming, fishing, etc.) is possible. In Quinta de Vila Franca there are other houses, but far enough to guarantee the necessary confidentiality. Near Guimaraes, Braga, Porto and Fafe (between 30min to 60min by car).
There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a bidet. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
