PELLY PLACE - Beach cottage in the heart of Dunsborough

Pelly Place is a light, bright and beautifully styled 4 bedroom beach cottage perfectly located only 400 metres from the main street of Dunsborough. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac so it's perfect for families or for groups travelling together.

Featuring 1 King Bedroom with ensuite, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a children's room with bunk beds. The cottage sleeps up to 6 adults plus up to 4 children.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and spacious and perfect for relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

The well-equipped kitchen includes electric oven and six burner gas stove, stainless steel fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is also an array of cooking equipment, utensils and even a few staples available to use.

Should you opt to eat out, town is just a 400 m walk away where there are plenty of cafes, and restaurants and we are happy to provide recommendations for you.

There are two bathrooms - an ensuite with new double basins, rain shower and toilet and the main with renovated shower and toilet.

There is reverse cycle air conditioning in the open plan living and dining area and also in the Main Bedroom.

The cottage opens out onto a sunny back deck with a HUGE grassed lawn for the kids to run around! There is a BBQ for use. The house also has everything you need for children from port-a-cot, high chair, stroller and plenty of toys, games and books.

There is a single garage and ample parking available on the property, with a large driveway for an additional two cars.

Cleaning Fee of $165 per stay and $110 Linen Fee per stay.
