Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely staff and great food . Good location and spacious, comfortable bedrooms. Only gripe was the hairdryer which was fed up through the drawer and even when seated , which was necessary,it was way to short in reach . Have stayed in this hotel Many times in the past and never encountered a problem like this. Hopefully the hotel will take this criticism on board.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I called & requested handicap accessible. I was told that they would accommodate. Entry was difficult due to the heavy doors. The bathroom had a bathtub instead of shower. The wheelchair barely fit in the tiny room and didn’t even fit on either side of bed nor between them. They gave us another room through three sets of heavy fire doors way at the end. It did have a shower but still no room for chair. I had to move beds to fit wheelchair. The room was freezing cold. Heat is on a timer so they did an override but it still took forever to warm up. I got a rude response to my complaint. so we went to dine. Service was very good but the over priced chicken tenders & chicken sandwich left a bit to be desired. The only good thing was the breakfast. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. We cut our stay short and moved to the Clanree in Letterkenny. 100% better & less expensive.

Gd hotel staff friendly service

Was gd friendly quick check in entertainment just bit late for us at 10pm bed bit hard for my back but overall was lovely staff grounds etc food lovely couldn't fault it otherwise big thank u to them all for everything

Comfortable, Welcoming,

Perfect spot for a 2 night visit to visit family in Fahan, gorgeous comfy bed, deep soak bath which was bliss after long days, welcoming staff, good food, room service for those nights when you're too tired to leave the room. Perfect stay & if I was exploring its a great spot between Derry, Inishowen Penisula, Letterkenny and at the bottom of AnGrianan with the most spectacular views.

Lovely staff and rooms

Very helpful people in a beautiful place just beside an Grianan ancient fort. Dinner was good and breakfast too. I have to mention the very helpful staff member who fetched a bucket of hot water for us to thaw the windows in our jeeps before we left on an icy morning. Out of the goodness of his heart and genuinely nice!!
