The country's capital, Madrid, is located roughly 310 kilometres to the south of Buron.

Take a leisurely stroll among the cool sea breeze at Santa Maria Beach or Gulpiyuri Beach.

It's common knowledge that simply spending time in nature is good for your health and happiness. With that in mind, why don't you journey 25 kilometres out of Buron to Cares Gorge? Lakes of Covadonga, just 25 kilometres away, is another top option.

The dazzling white landscapes of Alto Campoo Ski Resort and Valgrande-Pajares are ideal for powder fiends. Put on your skis and cut up the thrilling pistes.

Are you into swinging by Parroquia De Riano and the Museo Etnografico Montana de Riano? They're near the centre of Riano, 11 kilometres to the south. Alternatively, you could head to Posada de Valdeon. It's 14 kilometres to the northeast of Buron and known for the Fuente De Cable Car and the Chorco de los lobos.

Tourists and locals alike often head over to Cangas de Onis. This place is 35 kilometres to the north and not far from the Puente Romano, Capilla de Santa Cruz and Church of Santa Cruz. If you're staying on a while, don't miss Mirador de Seguencu and the Zoo la Grandera.
