I’m almost positive that this property listed having a pool when I booked, but the pool was unavailable during our visit. They no longer show that the property has a pool. The breakfast buffet was pretty good the first day, but the selection was awful the second day. The pancake maker wasn’t working our entire stay. Room itself was pretty good. The guests above us were pretty noisy as well.

The staff was very nice, breakfast staff was amazing, we liked the room decor and size and loved the shower. BREAKFAST was good. But Pancake machine was not working. The ICE machine was NOT working. 2nd floor has the laundry big yellow carts everywhere. That does NOT look nice. Room was nice, but we got an adjoining room, that was horrible, you could hear the other rooms loud TV, and the lady coughing and chatting, that was HORRIBLE.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Good value. Close to UVM, airport, and a quick drive to downtown. Many restaurants nearby including the Burlington institution Al’s French Fries (and ice cream) right across the street. It is on a busy street so you get street noise, and the typical busy hotel/noisy patron noise at times. Outdoor pool wasn’t yet open when I stayed but then I don’t recall them advertising it being open. If this is important to you check ahead.

Very nice accommodations for a two night stay. Typical breakfast for HIE but still well appreciated. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Had to call to get someone at the front desk on a couple of occasions as no one was there.
