Lots of trails for hiking, babbling brooks,berry picking and apple picking right on our property or just enjoy a picnic on the fields soaking in the views.If you decide to venture out just down the road is a blueberry farm with the most plump blueberries.Butternut golf course for golfing and they have a great restaurant. Quaint brewery with beer tasting. Antiquing, Cooperstown,base ball hall of fame and for those who have kids in base ball camp. Farmers markets, wineries, Otsego lake for fishing and swimming. In the winter there is a snow mobile trail at the end of our property that goes for hundreds of miles. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has two beautiful fireplaces. If you decide to stay in our kitchen is fully equipped it has every thing you need. You will feel right at home. All new furniture including beds. Outside we have a covered porch with beautiful views for relaxing. Our fire pit sits on a field with amazing views and was designed so you can grill steaks, roast marshmallows or just sit around with the family and enjoy. Very scenic 19 minute ride to both ball parks. Wonderful place to come back to after a long day of watching baseball.
