I showed up to the hotel and the owner was unaware of my booking, states that a previous owner has been keeping the hotel on the website and collecting the money. I had to then pay again to stay at this hotel. The pool is being reconstructed so we couldn’t use it. don’t book with hotels.com it’s a scam
