I would never stay here again...The internet did not work. The restaurant staff watched the Futbol game and acted like they were angry when I came to restaraunt.

I last stayed here more than 4 years ago and it was okay. Since then they have improved beyond measure. Extensive expansion, a new restaurant and much more professional. It is at the highest end of budget, delivers fantastic value in a good but quiet location and the service was brilliant - especially from Shakira and Angel. If I am ever in the area I would definitely choose Banda Lodge for value, ambience and service. And the Swedish beef/potato/egg thing on the menu is delicious!

Clean rooms, great breakfast and good food

The hotel was clean but the customer service is very poor the pictures on the website is Not the one there and the security is poor the get men he goes to sleep and at the reception lady she sleeps so many times at the night there were no one and the breakfast was just matoke and omelette every day the same thing they need to increase the staff and no Computer at the reception and the funny was not there took me one week to get a funny but the hotel and location is very good but if they work on that cleaner they were very good and restraint if u order something it’s was not there but I repeat again customer service is very poor
