The space
Your stay in Jacob South will be memorable & unique. You will be transported to a different time, a one of a kind experience in this incredible building. Wake up to the healing power of the stain glass windows. Discover a secret door leads out to a seating area on the altar.
Explore the 35,000 Sq ft of common areas which include a beautiful domed sanctuary, basketball court, rooftop patio; gym & office area with standup desks repurposed meeting or dining tables and a 75" tv ! Enjoy morning coffee from the piano coffee bar in the sanctuary.
Enter your loft with your personal code and make three choices; the secret door to your hidden deck among the Vitamin Greens or through the looking glass to your bathroom and laundry area, or go directly up Jacob’s Ladder (a spiral staircase) to the kitchen and entertaining level. The kitchen is private with an inspiring open to the sanctuary; full views of the incredible space below. Entertaining, or just keeping the cook company, is done courtesy of a pink marble bar that runs the length of the kitchen.
The next stop up Jacob’s Ladder is to a 5,000 sq ft common panoramic rooftop deck. Up a few more stairs to your 4th level bedroom with queen size bed, double pull out couch and Samsung 65” Smart TV with Yourtube, Netflix, 500 Apple movies, Amazon streaming services.
