decieded not to stay. reminded me of something you would see in a crime drama movie where people end up unalived. the big guy at the counter is the only thing positive about the place. smelled like stale cigarette smoke and urine, it seems people live there. felt unsafe. when I called expidea to see about a refund expidea custumer service said they wouldn't even answer the phone. so looks like i'm out 276 dollars. website very miss leading.

Very dirty, smelled like trash, pool was closed, had a virtual front desk person and when I tried to check in the connection was lost, outside was dirty, trash all over the ground. I left went went somewhere else with my family

No staff (AI Kiosk) & Cockroaches

They have replaced human workers with an AI Kiosk, so there is no one to speak with physically at the building. Cockroaches in the room; slept with the lights on due to cockroaches. Never again.

One room was so dirty we had to switch rooms. It appears there are monthly renters. The room next to us had people coming and going all night long staying only 5-10 minutes, we suspected drug dealing.

Welfare motel.

The room i originally reserved was not honored i was given a different room in which the shower head was broken. No tissue in the room fighting tenanants down the hall doors slamming throughout the second floor. People walking around asking if we knew where to buy drugs Essentially it was a homeless shelter. Children running around in front of the room. I am not happy about this reservation. Given half the chance i would have changed motels if i knew what kind of seedy motel it was. Unhappy.

What a dump! The hotel is in bad shape. The walls are thin and every outside noise can be heard. The room was minimally clean. No shampoo. No coffee service in or out of the hotel. There was no one on duty when I checked out. Instead there was a robo machine with poor sound quality.

Some of the staff were exceptional, while others I felt I was bothering if I asked a question. The tub would not drain, and the mini refrigerator was plugged in, but the inside was not cold. It just felt like people were indifferent to the upkeep of the room. The room was clean; it had more to do with the maintenance of the place.

The hotel property is very run down. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. There was no shampoo only a bar of soap. There are several other hotels in the same area off the freeway that appeared to be in better condition. The room itself was very clean.

This hotel is in on a shady side of town. I would not stay there with myself or my children and I’m surprised they were trying to charge me the initial balance of 102 I will not be returning at all. It also look like there were people who are actually living there. There was in one room, burglar bars posted up.

Pay the extra for better

Room was decent, except the fact we had no blanket. By the time we got back from our date and realized this, there was not a single person working on site who could help us. So spent the night freezing bc we only had a sheet. Was woken up at 12:30 a.m by lots of slamming and pounding. Continued on for hours throughout the night. People outside yelling and being super loud during this time as well. Again not a single person on site to complain to or get help from. Will never stay here again.
