There was smoking in guest’s rooms even though it was strictly a non smoking hotel. The elevator was broken and had to use stairs to get the king bed. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.

Well the only elevator broke only hours after arriving making me carry my luggage downstairs 3 flights. While taking a shower someone came by my room banging on my door saying someone downstairs told him no one was supposed to be in my room, the entire hotel reeked of pot.

Getting High Without Trying

The woman at check-in was delightful. Other than that, the entire hotel smelled like it was part of a pot festival. The stench of smoke is SO bad that we left the window open while out, which helped, but the bed linen is so infused with the smell that my teenager went and slept part of the night in the car. The hotel has potential but clearly the 100% smoke-free facility is ignored.

The room was ok. We certainly got what we paid for...quiet and clean. The only thing I took advantage of at the free breakfast buffet was the coffee which was not good. The hotel felt safe inside and out. My only complaint besides lousy coffee was the woman who checked us in could have smiled a bit. Not a professional.
