We got there , we were unsure if we were at the right place because the pictures looked so great. It was very scary. It was quite scary. We didn't know if we were going to just going to drive home to Canada! We booked the room because we had a concert at the Riviera theater.But we stayed, it's very dated. It's from the 80s or 90s. Carpet stained wallpaper coming off wall, Big hole in the screen of the window. Very cold air conditioner was cranked in our room. and the carpet was damp but bathroom was clean. Late at night they put someone in a room right above us.That was very noisy, and the hotel maybe had 5 guests.And it's a huge hotel.I don't know why they would do that . Staff is Friendly . they're hygiene is not.breathe was bad.sorry!

Great value for the location.

Great value for the location. Locally owned and managed. Very close to the Tonawanda trail which provides easy access to the Canal area. Room was very quiet. The microwave in the vending area was kept very clean! Yes, it's an older hotel but it's well kept and provides great value for the area.

Advertised online for included breakfast which was what ultimately made me book the place. Even inside your room in the itinerary it tells you when and where breakfast is located. I got up and asked the front desk where it was and there told me there wasn’t any and this little sign with marker on it saying breakfast discontinued is your only way of knowing (after booking and paying of course). Had I known this I would’ve went somewhere else. I also booked online and reserved it at $150 a night/all fees included and then when it was time to check in (we arrived at 10:30 at night with no other choice) it was actually $160. There were also people refusing to stay when I arrived because of “bed bug issues” but I can say I didnt see any in my room. Overall dissatisfied

Arrived around 2AM and had no issues checking in. Requested late checkout and were allowed to stay til noon. But… hallway smelled like cigs and room smelled like urine. Again it was 2AM we were beat and went to bed. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Was disappointed they got rid of complimentary breakfast, also they didn't have refrigerator & no microwave. Was easy to find, had a quiet stay, was close to Niagara Falls NY, Price was reasonable considering it was a holiday weekend compared to other hotels in the area. Just got caught off guard when they wanted me to pay again, I thought I already gave my credit card info to Expedia, but front desk claims it was just a holding the reservation by Expedia

My blow dryer started smoking, so I switched rooms. I found bugs crawling on my son. The microwave had a big dent on the top. The AC unit makes a loud noise.

I would be probably ok with this if it was like 80 dollars a night - dusty looking small room, bathroom only had soap. No shampoo or lotion. No iron. TV awkwardly positioned on top of some cupboard, didn’t even notice it first.
