Very odd… we arrived at the hotel checked in fine. Got into the room and there was no chair for the desk, no toilet paper on the roll. I went back to the desk to ask for both. The desk said here is one roll of TP. There were 4 of us there for the week. I said can I have 2… he hesitated
But gave me 2. I asked about the desk chair, he said umm not sure I have an extra. I told him I was here for work and required one. Later that evening he got one. I called the desk the next day for an additional blanket and was told the laundry was closed, my reply was, so I can’t have a blanket? He said o well I guess come to the desk. The following day I went to the pool, my key card did not work. I went to the desk, he could not get it to work so he used his key to let me in. Day 3 I asked for a toaster and pans for kitchen.. was told all the toaster were used/broken. Went to the pool later in the week and there were no towels. Breakfast was terrible, coffee/hot water, one muffin. No fruit no cereal, no milk, no juice. Very odd stay. I would not return.
