Clean rooms, great breakfasts with many options. Hotel is open for checknin at any time. Good security throughout the night at the main entrance. Receptionest man at night is not thr friemdliest. But still give it 5 stars.

Very clean and spacious room. Looked exactly as in pictures. Our individual balcony was nice as is the large terrace on 9th floor behind gym. Good location, great breakfast.

It is a very nice hotel, but the neighborhood seems a bit sketchy. You can get an uber from the hotel to many places, so was not really a problem for us.

Run down Hotel with many infractions I don’t know how it has the score it claims to have. Mediocre at best. Roma are not cozy, no outlets for phone near by beds. Horrible lighting in hallways and rooms. Dated furniture. This is a 6.5/10 max

The staff at the reception desk was courteous and attentive in our check in but when we went to our room we couldn’t open the door even though the card was operating properly so someone had to come over to open it. I reported it to the receptionist and said that a maintenance person will come over to fixed it however the problem with the room door continues through out our stay.

Le di menos calificacion en especial por 2 de los 3 empleados del counter quienes deben tomar un curso de servicio al cliente. Bruscos, mal hablados y poco friendly. Solo Emmanuel se destacó en servicio y apoyo al huesped y tiene orientacion al cliente. Las instalaciones estan bien aunque pueden mejorar para personas mayores.

I liked everything! Have been to Buenos Aires 6 times and hands down this is the best place I have stayed for this price. What stood out to me was the way the employees from the front check-in to the housekeepers to those in the breakfast area, just everyone. Diego at the front desk stood out with his exceptional service and eagerness to help with anything. The others as well but he was there most of the time I need help. This will be my place to stay now when I visit!

24hr concierge is great when returning early hours of the morning to the hotel, from a milonga etc..We have stayed here several times to 2019. Maintenance is due and is being done. Bathroom plumbing fittings are getting tired, but still happy to stay here.
