Out of the downtown core but still walkable to Grand Place. The staff are nice and helpful and there's always someone at the desk. Room was good except mirror in bathroom is too high. I'm 157cm and could only see the top of my head. Breakfast was good.

Been a while since I stayed here. First time since the lobby refurbished. Still good, great business option. Rooms compact but well designed. UK plug socket a nice bonus. €5 a night available towards drinks and snacks for not getting cleaning, good eco incentive with recycling available. Hot water, coffee, iron and microwave available in the hallway.

Brilliant hotel, location is a little out of the centre but we loved this, it was so easy to get to on the tram and had lots of choices for restaurants and coffee shops around

Great stay and everything that is needed for a city break. Room was small but we didn’t spend lot of time there so not a big problem. Close to transport and good breakfast selection. Very bright and colourful and artsy hotel.

Got to check in at 2:15 in the morning, got a warm welcome from Anna, swift and efficient check-in and great stay. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed, water botlle filled. It’s a nice touch. It was my 2nd stay at B&B hotel Louise and I’ll definitely go back again

Fabulous decor, great staff, so many amenities including a cinema. Amazingly comfortable bed, large bathroom. Loced tje coffee galley rather than having it in the bedroom. Great shower and able to get all languages TV too
